About Antithesis
We’re on a mission to redefine how modern distributed systems are tested and released. Our platform is trusted by engineering teams who demand rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility. Our platform doesn’t just assure system correctness and reliability, it exists because developers need something better. If you’ve ever experienced the pain of a production outage, had a bad week on-call, or had a release delayed by weeks because of one killer bug – you’ll understand exactly why we’re doing what we do. If you're passionate about developer-first products, system resilience, and correctness, we’d love to talk.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Manager–level System Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our full Go-To-Market (GTM) systems stack. You’ll be the primary owner of Salesforce and the connective tissue across our revenue tools — Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, and others — ensuring data quality, system reliability, automation, and seamless workflows that allow our teams to move fast and scale deliberately.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves making systems work elegantly, enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and wants to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup.
This is an 5 days a week in-office job in Vienna, VA.
What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, clean architecture, and scalability as we grow.
Manage and maintain our other GTM systems: Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, and additional tools in the RevOps stack.
Create and maintain automations, workflows, validation rules, and integrations across systems.
Partner with Sales, BDR, SE, CSM, CSE, Partner Alliances, and Support teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business.
Manage user permissions, roles, profiles, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Support forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy and alignment between Salesforce and Clari.
Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records using ZoomInfo, Clay, and internal processes.
Lead some implementation projects and partner with external vendors for others.
Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources to help GTM teams get more value out of our tools.
Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure tool proficiency across GTM teams.
Serve as the internal thought leader on GTM systems, architecture, and best practices.
What Success Looks Like
Salesforce becomes a clean, reliable, trusted source of truth for all GTM teams.
Forecasting accuracy improves because data between Salesforce and Clari remain consistently aligned.BDR productivity increases due to well-maintained Outreach sequences and clean, enriched lead data.
System issues are identified and resolved proactively before they slow down reps or leadership.
GTM teams feel supported, understand how to use tools effectively, and can work faster with fewer errors.
You establish repeatable processes, documentation, and scalable system design that supports growth to $50M+ ARR.

Antithesis’ GTM system architecture becomes a competitive advantage — not a constraint.
