The Security Special Services Team encompasses Anduril's Crisis Management, Threat Intelligence, Investigations, Travel Security, GSOC, and Executive Protection Divisions. ABOUT THE JOB

As the GSOC Tactical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily tactical operations of Anduril’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring effective coordination, incident triage, and response during major crises. Reporting to the GSOC Manager, you will directly supervise GSOC Operators, manage shift activities, and coordinate real-time responses to security incidents. This role requires a balance of leadership, tactical decision-making, and operational expertise to maintain a high-performing GSOC that supports Anduril’s global security objectives.

In this role, you will lead GSOC Operators in monitoring security systems, triaging incidents, and dispatching response teams during critical events. You will ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders, drive adherence to incident response protocols, and contribute to the continuous improvement of GSOC processes. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions will be essential to maintaining operational resilience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor GSOC Operators, ensuring effective performance, adherence to protocols, and professional development. Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to maintain 24/7 operational readiness.
  • Incident Coordination: Oversee real-time incident detection, triage, and response, ensuring rapid and accurate prioritization of security events. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as law enforcement or emergency services, during major crises.
  • Response Dispatch: Direct the deployment of response teams during critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective action to mitigate risks and resolve situations.
  • Protocol Execution: Implement and enforce incident response protocols and escalation procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards.
  • System Oversight: Monitor and utilize security systems, including video management systems (VMS), access control platforms, and incident management software, to support operational activities.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for incident-related communications, relaying critical information to stakeholders and maintaining clear, concise documentation of actions and outcomes.
  • Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for GSOC Operators, including regular drills and tabletop exercises to enhance team preparedness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of operational protocols and quality assurance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance Support: Ensure GSOC activities align with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and assessments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GSOC or similar security operations environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to triage and prioritize incidents effectively.
  • Proficiency in security technologies, including video management systems, access control platforms, and incident management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response, with a focus on crisis management or operations center environments.
  • Experience with modern security systems, such as Genetec Mission Control or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of global security operations, crisis response protocols, and incident management best practices.
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or Security+.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of implementing operational improvements in a security setting.
  • Multilingualism is a plus.
US Salary Range
$90,000$135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
