ABOUT THE TEAM:

The ArsenalOS organization is a cross-discipline “team of teams” in Anduril’s Corporate Technology department. If Anduril were a body, ArsenalOS would be the central nervous system. It’s the connected web of software, processes, and platforms we use to do our work — from initial design to manufacturing to finished product sustainment, along with everything in between. It ensures that the right people have the right tools at the right time to do their jobs.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a agile and relentless candidate to fill a new position in our department as our Product Operations Lead for ArsenalOS. This role will serve as the “glue” between multiple teams that comprise ArsenalOS, helping manage and coordinate their many activities to ensure better synchronization of efforts and collaboration. The role also includes significant stakeholder/customer engagement, as it works on solving the information and coordination gap between the many business and product teams reliant on ArsenalOS capabilities as well as Anduril customers.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain a consolidated product roadmap across all ArsenalOS teams
  • Facilitate alignment workshops and syncs among product leads
  • Implement systems to identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies
  • Maintain a risk register with an escalation process to address inter-team blockers
  • Standardize recurring planning cadences (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Develop shared artifacts, templates, and reporting frameworks
  • Track and analyze team health metrics and workflow performance
  • Recommend tooling and process changes to improve velocity and reduce overhead
  • Produce clear, digestible presentations that convey ArsenalOS current capabilities and future direction
  • Establish mechanisms to align stakeholder priorities with the product roadmap& Collaboration:
  • Foster cross-team visibility and a culture of user empathy, problem discovery, and best practices in solutioning

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Expertise with “rhythm of business” mechanisms, including planning methodologies, organizational health metrics, QBR/MBR/WBRs, coordinating roadmaps, managing dependencies, and optimizing processes
  • Experience working in a software development or IT organizations, with an understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle and the key disciplines (product management, engineering, design, architecture, infrastructure engineer, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in operations, project, or product management within a complex matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in data analysis for tracking team health metrics and operational efficiency
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and process improvement
  • Ability to work at an extremely fast-paced startup where decisions must be made quickly and correctly
  • Ability to decompose complicated problems into tangible step-by-step efforts, with the ability to figure out what problems must be solved now vs. later
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance

US Salary Range
$150,000$225,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
