In the Senior Accountant role, you are expected to prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.


  • Reconcile and analyze account balances, including general ledger activity, to verify the accuracy of accounting information and prepare journal entries as needed.
  • Monitors and manages organizational credit card usage, transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting issues.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries and schedules for complex accounting transactions.
  • Review and prepare month-end general ledger journal entries and perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Tracks and analyzes financial information and prepares financial statements.
  • Identify inconsistent policies, procedures, definitions, and advising the Accounting Manager and/or Controller.
  • Assist with establishing, modifying, documenting, and coordinating implementation of accounting and control procedures.
  • Assist with system conversions/implementations/enhancements.
  • Perform various ad-hoc requests and prepare special ad-hoc reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
  • ERP system knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees and outside organizations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
